Bible Answers: Can We Pray to Jesus?

Jesus taught His disciples to pray: "Our Father which art in Heaven..." And, the Apostle Paul taught us to sing and pray " in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ." Do these words constitute a model or a form which our songs and prayers must follow? What does it mean to pray to the Father in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ?
